Trust Consulting	$300 / hr

• Other Important Information Regarding Fees:

• AUM stands for "assets under management"
• AUM equals the total dollar value of gross estate assets
• 1/4 of annual AUM fees billed quarterly in advance
• AUM fees prorated if final billing period covers less than 3 months
• Hourly rates billed in 6 minute increments
• Any fees that differ from those specified above will be documented in writing after all Trust On-boarding services are completed but before providing any other services.

*For Trust Management, Estate Settlement & Trust Administration:

• Annual percentage for fees depends on AUM, as follows:

• 1% for first $3M in AUM
• 0.75% for next $2M in AUM
• 0.50% for AUM over $5M
